About Our Organization
The mission of Colorado Health Network is to equitably meet the evolving needs of people affected by HIV and other health conditions through prevention, care and advocacy.
Colorado Health Network (Denver Colorado AIDS Project, Northern Colorado AIDS Project, Southern Colorado AIDS Project, Western Colorado AIDS Project, and Howard Dental Center) provide a continuum of HIV support services to individuals living with or affected by HIV/AIDS and other health conditions through regional offices in six Colorado cities. Services include comprehensive case management, nutrition, oral health care, medical assistance, housing assistance, individual and group counseling, insurance acquisition, and transportation assistance to those most in need, with the goal of stabilization to be able to focus on HIV medical care. In addition, our prevention efforts include education for high-risk populations, free HIV, Hep C, and STI testing, syringe exchange, and advocacy for social and health care equity.
Together, the CHN offices empower those living with or at risk of HIV to live healthier, enhanced lives.
